How do I choose the right size?
Use the measurements on our Size Guide. If you are between sizes or ordering a fitted style, contact us with the product link and your measurements before ordering.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Selected styles can be made to your measurements. Review the Custom Made & Sizing page and send the requested details before production.
Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
Processing is normally 4–7 business days. UK and EU delivery is usually 5–7 business days after dispatch; other destinations are usually 6–8 business days. Courier and customs delays can affect estimates.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Tracked worldwide delivery is included. UK and EU duties are covered; local charges outside those regions may apply.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or open our order tracking page.
Returns & care
Can I return an item?
Eligible standard-size items can be returned within 14 days when unused and in original condition. Custom-made or personalised items are excluded where legally permitted. Read the Returns & Refund Policy before sending anything back.
How should I care for my item?
Follow the care label and our Product Care guidance. Do not machine wash leather or expose it to direct heat.
