14-day return request
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving an eligible standard-size item. It must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging.
Items excluded
Custom-made, personalised and made-to-measure products are excluded where legally permitted. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to request a return
- Email info@ridersrepublicuk.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and the correct return instructions.
- Use a tracked return service and retain proof of postage.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility.
