Returns & Refund Policy

14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Exclusions

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-measure products are excluded from returns where legally permitted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
