3. Products & Handcrafted Nature

Riders Republic UK specialises in premium handcrafted leather apparel and accessories, produced in limited batches or on a made-to-order basis.

Due to the natural and handcrafted characteristics of genuine leather and shearling, minor variations in grain, texture, colour tone, measurements, and scent are inherent and do not constitute defects or faults.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we aim for accuracy, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production processes.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

A binding contract is formed only once the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorised transactions.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or listing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In such cases, customers will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.

All payments must be authorised before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally.

For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Riders Republic UK.

For customers outside the UK and EU, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by production schedules, customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Where applicable by law, statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-measure items are excluded from cancellation and return rights where legally permitted.

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval before refunds are processed. Refunds are issued only after verification of the returned product.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective or materially incorrect.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and layout, is the intellectual property of Riders Republic UK or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
